Job Opening: Payroll Specialist

Our Accounting Services Department is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Payroll Specialist to join and strengthen our Payroll Team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing payroll processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full payroll cycle, including payroll data processing and payroll calculations.
- Submitting Social Security Contribution Reports, monthly withholding tax certificates, and other statutory declarations.
- Issuing and maintaining payroll records, including accounting entries and payroll statements.
- Handling employee-related matters, including hirings, resignations, dismissals, contract expirations, and changes in employment relationships.
- Submitting electronic forms to public authorities, such as ERGANI, OAED, and EFKA.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and providing support to clients.
- Preparing payroll reports and monitoring employment contracts.
- Communicating with clients in both Greek and English to provide clarifications on payroll-related matters.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong background in payroll and workforce administration. The ideal candidate should have:
- A university degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of social security matters related to construction projects will be considered an additional asset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
- Excellent knowledge of the ERGANI information system and payroll software, such as Epsilon Net.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Completed military obligations, where applicable.
