Our Accounting Services Department is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Payroll Specialist to join and strengthen our Payroll Team.<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing payroll processes. Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>

  • Managing the full payroll cycle, including payroll data processing and payroll calculations.<\/li>
  • Submitting Social Security Contribution Reports, monthly withholding tax certificates, and other statutory declarations.<\/li>
  • Issuing and maintaining payroll records, including accounting entries and payroll statements.<\/li>
  • Handling employee-related matters, including hirings, resignations, dismissals, contract expirations, and changes in employment relationships.<\/li>
  • Submitting electronic forms to public authorities, such as ERGANI, OAED, and EFKA.<\/li>
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and providing support to clients.<\/li>
  • Preparing payroll reports and monitoring employment contracts.<\/li>
  • Communicating with clients in both Greek and English to provide clarifications on payroll-related matters.<\/li><\/ul>

    What We Are Looking For<\/h2>

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong background in payroll and workforce administration. The ideal candidate should have:<\/p>

    • A university degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>
    • 3\u20135 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>
    • Knowledge of social security matters related to construction projects will be considered an additional asset.<\/li>
    • Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation.<\/li>
    • Excellent knowledge of the ERGANI information system and payroll software, such as Epsilon Net.<\/li>
    • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.<\/li>
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/li>
    • Completed military obligations, where applicable.<\/li><\/ul>
