Building his career at PwC Cyprus as a Senior Auditor, Ioannis led audit teams and managed complex client engagements, gaining valuable international experience in the private sector, while developing deep expertise across auditing, tax planning, business development, M&A due diligence, financial structuring and strategic advisory.

 Drawing on his roles across advisory, investment and industry leadership, Ioannis combines strong financial expertise with
strategic foresight and executive decision making.

His cross-sector experience enables him to transfer insights, identify opportunities and navigate complexity across different markets, while operating effectively at both operational
and management level.

He holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Nicosia, a Diploma in Accounting and Taxation from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and the Advanced Certification in Financial Services Legal Framework from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) obtained in 2019, and is currently an ACCA candidate (partially qualified).
